Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email or official communication channels. Cancellation requests will be processed based on the stage of service delivery at the time of request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following conditions:
Fees paid for counseling sessions, application processing, documentation support, or visa assistance may be non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Any refund eligibility will be clearly communicated at the time of service agreement.
Refunds are not applicable for delays, rejections, or outcomes beyond the control of DreamPath Study Abroad Consultancy, including university admissions or visa decisions.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
Application processing fees
University application submissions
Visa filing and documentation services
Services already rendered or partially completed
Third-party fees paid to universities, institutions, or government authorities
No Guarantee Clause
DreamPath Study Abroad Consultancy does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, or employment outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on unfavorable decisions by universities or immigration authorities.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment wherever possible
Administrative or processing charges may be deducted, if applicable
Changes to Policy
DreamPath Study Abroad Consultancy reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
